OS & healthy eating (want to lose weight!)

Hello
Just wondering how many people find it possible to lose weight and eat healthily while being OS. I have previously lost weight (and put it back on  ) using WeightWatchers and other similar things, but don't really want to spend the money.
Ie I want to eat healthily and spend as little money as possible.

My changes were not to put extra salt in veg (you soon get used to it) and also not to fry things but to use some stock to simmer them. If you're making pasta sauce, bolognaise etc you can do the onions in stock without any problem.

OH likes the meat drained after it's cooked before adding the rest of the sauce so that all the fat is drained off.

You can also grill/boil/poach instead of fry and that will cut down the fat.

All of these are still OS. :D
