My mate has no landline only a PAYG 02 mobile, can anyone recommend the cheapest company to divert 0845/0870 numbers to please?

I don't make many calls to these numbers and usually use 18185 with the max rate being 3p/min with 5p connection.
Am not sure that you can register there without a landline though, but probably you can do this using some non-existent landline number.
See UK CallChecker for calls from landline. Most of companies you'll see offer alternative access for calls from mobiles.0 -
