TalkTalk cancelled my service, how to remove their TAG?

I've already written about the adventures of Pipex (TalkTalk) cancelling my mum's Internet service without giving any notice or admitting they did it (they say she cancelled the service)

so 30 days later the tag for TT is still on her line and Plusnet cannot connect their new service to the line. TalkTalk today say they can't access her account (no doubt as they cancelled it!) to remove the tag which they promised they'd removed last week, and the week before and so on and so on.

What on earth can my mum do to get that TT tag removed so Plusnet can get started (they're trying but not seemingly able to progress the new order)

I can't believe how poorly TalkTalk have been over this whole issue, they're still adamant that she cancelled the service which coincided with the date they last took payment and then immedietely refunded her, for no reason at all. So it would appear a payment cockup by TalkTalk then automatically caused a cancellation and then a months worth of no internet and much phone calls made to hopeless TT reps.

Plusnet (a BT company) need to contact BT Openreach if TT messed up it is stuck in limbo as TT will have transfered the line back to Openreach

if Plusnet cant do that report them to the parent company head office ceo@bt.com
