£6 Bodyshop voucher for £1 @ Clinton Cards

went into clintons today and bought £5 new look giftcard and remembering juliebunny`s warning asked the lovely sa to make sure it was activated as i wanted to use it straight away, she said no problem and it wasnt! went to new look grabbed a free magazine on the way in, chose a pair of £20 trousers handed over the 20% off voucher out the back of the mag then a £5 cokezone voucher then my bodyshop giftcard then £6 in cash fabolous :Tthen went to bodyshop and picked up a £5 giftbox with goodys in free, even more fabolous:j
now i know you can get away with spending less than a fiver will be doing it all week :rotfl:

Thought I might try for another one today, but the ladies said that there is only 5 per shop & they'd been used up - anyone else come across this? They still did not know how to do it and their manager was off.

When I was in the Bicester branch of Clintons the sales assistant had a really thick wad of vouchers, and they are only a small store so that doesn't sound right to me.

I ordered a Mothers Day card and it came without the BS voucher.
Nice card though!
Did this happen to anyone else and what should I do?

I went to 2 Clintons today and both told me they'd only had a few and were all gone early yesterday

I went in the worcester store today only to be told that the Bodyshop gift vouchers haven't arrived so they are taking peoples names and addresses when they pay for a giftcard and that i'll have to come back for the Bodyshop voucher another day! Also told that the Bodyshop voucher expires on sunday! Not impressed.

I popped in on Tuesday as I forgot on Monday and the assistants told me it was a £5 minimum top up. I ummed and ahed over putting £5 on a bodyshop card, but they directed me to a stand full of all different ones, so I picked M&S as we shop there and OH's mum does too (mothers day gift sorted)!
