t-mobile-aaarrgghh!!!!
I am sooo angry!! I cancelled my last mobile phone contract because i'd lost it,the contract had ran out and i was moving. I contacted t-mobile who told me i'd need to put it in writing and to give 30 days notice which i done and then i contacted my bank to cancel my direct debit after that 30 day period. At the start of this week i have been contaced by a debt collection agency on the behalf of t-mobile demanding i pay up £45 by the 28th of this month!! All week i have been trying to get some answers from t-mobile which isn't to easy when they don't answer the phone(no matter what time of day). I sent them an email which they repied to say they had recieved it and would have someone personally contact me within the next 24hrs(between 8am-9pm) that was over 48hrs now and im not holding my breath!! I need some advice/help!!

Did you email from the website, I got no response from them either, but phoned customer services and he told me to email cust.rel@t-mobile.co.uk and they phoned and were very friendly and sorted out the problem.0
