Orange Promotional discount for existing customers only.

I am an existing orange customer. Contract was up around the 20th of February.

I`m not getting any good deal from the phone team. They are offering me the same prices as the website. But then just today I noticed this SPECIAL DISCOUNTED PRICE FOR UPGRADING ONLINE.

PLEASE IF a mod or someone can please enable that link to work. Im not able to post the image.

Post a link to the image, but not a live link. Dismember the link to stop it being recognised as a link by the forum's software.

@OrangeHelpers So what you are saying is to ASK upgrades/retentions to PRICE MATCH the exact same phone and exact same price plan to that of a NEW customer on the same network, when I am looking to upgrade after finishing a minimum term contract.

Looks like orange is very happy in matching their own price plans.

I think what they are saying is that if the new customers get some deal with an expensive contract it would be unreasonable to expect for an existing customer on some cheaper contract to get offered the same deal.

Why cannot you just upgrade online if you like this?
Having said that, I am not an expert in upgrading and I think new customers are always can get a better deal.

Have you looked at the prices. The one on the LEFT with PAY £ 119.99 is the upgrade OFFER. So as an upgrade customer I need to pay 120£ more than a NEW customer.

New customer would pay (28.08 * 24)+50 = ~ £724 over 24 months
And I would pay for the exact same as an upgrade (28.08 * 24) + 120 = ~ £794 over 24 months.

BTW. I am on a Racoon 30(websave 5) so 25£ a month plan with a Nokia 5800.
