thanks 'dmg' for your reply - ah but the LGO for my area - if you look at 'ombudsmanwatch' website, he is splattered allover it (won't name names...) look at it and see though, with a great many complaints he always sides with his colleagues at the council and many have then gone to ICO but sometimes they too are in the same nest as the ombudsman too......unfortunately they send you round in circles, luckily you must have a better council, dmg or you were one of the few that question stuff, or you scared em to death! and good on you for that!
