Lowestoft Travel Gone Bust Lost Take that Tickets!!

Hello

Can anyone help with this? My friend had bought two tickets , including travel to Take That in July. Just found out Lowestoft Travel gone bust :mad: and have been told they've lost eveything:mad:. They didn't pay by credit card either so can't claim via that. They won't be the only ones in this position!

Any advice please
