Cancelling talk talk contract

Hey guys, Im here in search of help for my sister, who is UNFORTUNATELY in an 18 month contract for home phone and broadband, i warned her they were unreliable, and she's just about had enough as her broadband wasnt working for around 5 weeks, then came on again for about 4 weeks and service has dropped again, ive had a look at the terms about how they cannot guarantee service due to repairs at the exchange etc, however, im on the same exchange, and so is about the whole population of where im from, so there isnt any repair work at the exchange... if any body can see in talk talks terms and conditions where my sister can write a stinking letter saying "goodbye" due to the such unreliable service she is receiving.. she has homephone and bb

How do you know there isn't any repair work going on at the exchange?

Are you on Talk Talk too? If not, then TT will be using their own kit in the exchange, if there's any repair work it won't affect any other ISP's supplying a service.

The best she can do is write a letter of complaint.
