Dear me, did IQs drop suddenly on this planet?
You've been rear ended by Yes and now you wat to know about GoGo loans?
I have a gogo hamster who would be more likely to lend to you than these shysters whoever they may be.
To be fair to the OP, at least they learnt from the mistake and have come here to ask advise, and then they get ridiculed!
I wonder what I would do then, never come back because when asking for help they get the urine extracted out of them!
Time to get off the soapbox lol But well done to the OP for having the sense to seek advice this time :beer:Opinions are like bottoms - We all have one, just some stink more than others

I'm sure you are 100% on the level being a loan broker. But if you really are happy to refund people you can't help, instead of taking a payment up front just take it *if* you're successful in finding them a loan -which is the full amount they require at an interest rate they can afford.
I appreciate it doesn't make your (or any other loan broker's) practice unlawful - no-one's suggesting that being a loan broker is unlawful. But there's no need to take someone's money then refund it, nor to take it and then find them a loan which doesn't meet their needs. It makes you look neither professional nor on the level. It's poor business practice and not in the least customer-focused. If you truly don't want to be associated with your peers in the industry, then don't use the same practices.
By the way, you really need to get a good copyeditor to re-do your website for you; at the least you need to get it proof-read. The spelling, grammar and wording does not present a professional front.
Also, you're not allowed to put your contact details in the post, so you might want to remove it before the admin team do.
KiKi' <-- See that? It's called an apostrophe. It does not mean "hey, look out, here comes an S".0 -
You may be "within" the law but I would rather cut my own balls off with a rusty knife than give you £60 of my hard earned cash.
Most brokers are borderline crooks and as I said...shysters."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0 -
Anyone else think www.unsecuredloannow.co.uk/terms.asp have a familiar looking website??
"The page cannot be found"
And http://www.unsecuredloannow.co.uk/ returns "Directory Listing Denied."
Hmmm.0 -
They are called "Loans GoGo" and want £60. Do you really need to waste the post to ask if they're dodgy?

I found this post, and wanted to respond. I am one of the Directors of Loangogo, and felt just in responding to claims that we are involved in the same practices as some of our peers in this industry. We are 100% on the level, we adhere to the letter of the law and that is why, perhaps there is not much info about us on these sites, because we don't rip people off.
We can never guarantee someone finance, it's irresponsible and unfair. But I can tell you we have over 75% success with the cases we take on. We answer our phones, we respond to emails, we make weekly refunds to people we can't help.
If we can avoid the "shyster" talk guys, I'd be much obliged... we have not demonstrated any behavior to warrant that.
@twinkle0101 email me at info@loangogo.co.uk and I will personally see to your application for you OK?
BS.
Charging people £60 to introduce them to a PayDay loan company may be "100% on the level" but then refusing to refund as you have fulfilled your obligation and contractual duties as a loan broker is tantamount to sharp practice.
By the way, you need permission to post on behalf of your company.0 -
There's money to be made from these scams."We want the finest wines available to humanity, we want them here, and we want them now!"0

There's money to be made from these scams.
To be fair, I was thinking of giving it a go myself.
There are plenty of people willing to throw a few quid around if I tell them exactly what they think they want to hear.
I could probably keep the day job on at the same time and still make an extra few grand a week.....0 -

....
But what would you do when faced with the cunning plan outlined here,
"I have a loan with a Payday Loan Company and I am thinking of changing my bank details to prevent them from clearing out all my wages." *
See you hadn't thought of that had you?
