PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTS0 -
Well we managed to get the loo pan, which saved me £80 on a full toilet set, also DP remembered a family member had a trade account there so they knocked 10% off
He did decide we needed a few other things while we were there but saved us £ buying it at another DIY store next week
So apart from the bath panel (which already bought piece of wood for and making it ourselves) and things like loo roll holder the bathroom is complete and I love it, looks so much more calming and clean.
Decided to pop to Tescos as was up near there getting toilet, managed to spend £27 instead of the expected £70 after checking freezer and cupboardsWhich includes all my sons packed lunch foods for next week (very particular and has same things each day which aren't cheap but keeps him happy)
Previously would have spent whatever, without even thinking then thought about it afterwards but having to confess to you guys and girls stops me in my tracks and I end up walking back round the shop after filling a trolley to put stuff back when I think do I really need that! NO!One day I might be more organised...........
GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb0 -
£2.85

hi - I'm new to this and have just had (I hope) my first no spend day!
I brought lunch to work (which until a month ago when I got serious about saving money I could never be bothered to do), and tonight I'm going over to a friends house for the evening, instead of going out. I'm taking a bottle of wine I already had, and, unlike the old me, I'm not going to go and spend lots of money on extra's to take.
Another friend is driving, so unless things go wrong I won't need to shell out for a taxi!
Hurrah!0 -
We're celebrating a random birthday at work (well, it's an exscuse really) so we have jack daniels and cake. Proud to say i've been drinking non stop for 2 hours for free. Hurrrrrrah!
Obviously, i love you all more now0 -
