I have a clarity at 17.9%, withdrew 70 EUR, repaid it in 2 days and was charged 0.06p interest. No withdrawal charge just a cash advance fee, and with wholesale exchange rates it seems a better option to changing travel money.

I applied for the Halifax clarity credit card last week and have been accepted for it. I was given the lower rate APR. I have to go into my local branch to sign a form and then I believe the account will be fully set up afterwards.

I never asked on application , but does anyone know if there is a dormancy charge on the clarity credit card?

No it's a real shame about that. It was good while it lasted though. Thanks everybody for your input. You've all been more help than Halifax themselves.

After logging into my Hx online account today, I noticed that in the accounts section it is saying I have a clarity card.
I have not been told that my card is a clarity card
