I am trying to install Sky by Broadband. I am running windows media centre 2005, and have upgraded windows media player to version 11. Every time I try to install the sky program I get a message saying the program needs media player version 10 or higher to be installed in order to run. When I phoned the sky helpline they said it could be my firewall that is preventing the installation. I have tried turning this off temporarily but it made no difference. Any suggestions?
