Ebay refund

Hopefully the case still open will tell you to return for a refund but you will have to cover the return costs, as I said before that will be almost as much as the cost, as you really need to send it special delivery to ensure you get an online signature.
There have been reports of these cheap chargers blowing peoples laptops, so it may be worth buying a proper one from a computer shop.

Maybe to confuse & when there's a problem to ask buyers to return to China, hoping that the cost will put them off, I am only surmising.

I did end up buying a proper one £39.99 on Saturday.
the package says if undelivered return to:

Off Dartmouth Middleway
Birmingham
B7 4LT

checked companies house and Proxima Ltd is based in Milton Keynes and is a business & management consultancy - somethings not right here!

Concerned - I wouldnt be surprised if the seller who has caught you out is the same one as my dad is having trouble with.

This seller claims to be in the Uk but the item arrived from china!

In his case the item was a laptop battery and the seller is asking him to send pics and the model number of the laptop etc...

Might be worth trying live chat on ebay about all this if it's an ebay dispute you have open at the moment.
This all seems a little fishy, whether ebay will be interested is of course another matter.
