Ebay refund

Shouldn't their business address be written in English, as they are selling on ebay UK? Or am I having one of my more frequent by the day senior monents?0

True enough, I wouldn't touch them with a barge-pole

If they do ask for a return to China Iwould complain to Ebay as by using the UK flag they are misleading the buyer.0 -
It will cost you almost the selling price to return as you will need to post it special as recorded delivery rarely updates online. I would do the pictures like he asked in the hope that you can get a full refund without returning.

They do say that they are in China but obviously hope that nobody sees that or checks the business address. 0 -
They should also have the item location set as china not Birmingham, United Kingdom if they are actually a business ran from china.Shouldn't their business address be written in English, as they are selling on ebay UK? Or am I having one of my more frequent by the day senior monents?
Unless I also am having one of my first senior moments.:rotfl::rotfl:0 -

Once you've had one you are on that slipperly slope to senior induced stupidity, sorry.:rotfl:
If they distribute from a warehouse in Birmingham, then I guess the item is actually located there.
It does seem as though they are hoping to confuse people.0 -
Sorry that bit went oright over my confused senior head. A lot of faffing for a broken £6.99 item, I expect that they hope people just write it off.
It does seem to be them just being obstructive; the only time I ever ask for photgraphs is for damaged items when it would save me having to pay the buyer's return postage costs

I bought the item on Wednesday night and it arrived Fri afternoon - so def in the UK!
The item is not damaged externally so a picture would reveal ziltch - it just does not work - to be fair I bought one from the seller before and it worked fine for months until my son stood on it
I sent them another email to say 'stop the nonsense' and give me return address. Got another back now asking the model of my laptop  .
Get the feeling they are hoping I get so fed up with them that I'll just write it off - but I won't!!! nor will I be sending anything to China.0 -
I saw that in the listing but if they distribute from a Birmingham warehouse then why is their business address in china and their ebay account also set up in china.Once you've had one you are on that slipperly slope to senior induced stupidity, sorry.:rotfl:

To avoid confusion they should have a UK ebay account and a UK business address if they are as they claim a UK business shipping items from the UK.
This to me just seems like a chinese seller trying to pretend they are from the UK.0
