Has anyone used Total Electronics? My son is after a new phone and the one he wanted was cheapest on that site.

The fact they operate from mail forwarding type address would bother me,and that they dont offer a phone number to call on,just an expensive 0871 fax number.

Hi Alison,
I would avoid if I were you.
No accounts at Comp House.
No contact phone number
Payments are Paypal acct which is private individual
Lots of typo errors.
Etc etc

Best to spend a couple of quid more elsewhere and stay safe

Many thanks for the replies. I think for another £15 he can get it from Carphone Warehouse that are a trusted company, so will probably go with them.

I bought an HTC Desire from them purely because they use Paypal and I knew my payment was protected. The site is a complete shambles, doesn't inspire confidence and the owner is doing themselves any favours but I received my phone in just over a week, which is longer than I'd prefer but I got a very reasonably priced phone
