along the similiar line i was wondering if anybody could help me please i have recently brought a sofa from Perfect Homes a bit like bright house i believe but unfortunately i have been in hospital for the past 10 days and have missed a payment they are now demanding 4 weeks payments in one which i cant afford they were contacted several times whilst i was in hospital to keep them informed and i took in the discharge letter from the hospital to prove my stay is there anything i can do as im afraid im goin to lose the sofa and still have to carry one with the payments can someone help me please a very stressed single mum recovering from an operation ???

Get back on track with your payments by paying the one missing payment now.

without theire OSC you cant terminate the agreement until you have paid at least 1 third of the total amount payable. However you can ask them to apply OSC to your agreement most store managers will jump at the chance to do this, then terminate and buy the tv at lower price and under the rules of thire OSC they will transfer the money you have already paid.
Or
Call thire customer relations department all queries go stright to the area manger who will bend over backwards to help you, the respond to all complants within 3 days
