More Texts, Less Minutes

I'm looking into getting my first contract mobile and I've been looking around for a while now at the deals.
I have been drawn to o2 as I've been with them on PAYG for... forever and I've always been very satisified with them, but I can't help but wonder if there is anything better.
I'd like nothing more than £30 a month line rental, preferably at the lower end, I'd like a nokia first and foremost, but would consider something else if I had to for the tariff. I don't make a lot of calls, but text like something gone mad, so I'm looking at the Online Offpeak Texter with 750 off peak minutes and 750 free texts a month URL="https://shop.o2.co.uk/tariff/Online_Offpeak_500/Texter/18_months"]here[/URL
Does anyone know of anything better
I'd prefer not to use 3 [cos I've heard bad things about them] or fresh or anything like that.
