http://www.ryanair.com/en/questions/how-do-i-book-priority-boardingWhen making a booking online all passengers included in a flight reservation can purchase priority boarding for a discounted fee ( up to a limit of 90 passengers per flight) - Click here for fee details.
Priority Boarding can also be added after purchase:
Up to 4 hours prior to the schedule flight departure time via the Manage My Booking section of the website.
Alternatively a Ryanair call centre (subject to opening hours) can add priority boarding up to 4 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
At the airport priority boarding can be added up to 40 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure time
Passengers who have purchased this service who are using airport check-in will have the words Priority Boarding printed on their boarding pass or alternatively will be given a yellow Priority Boarding Pass. Passenger travelling using online check-in who have purchased priority boarding will have Priority printed on their online boarding pass - see below
To receive priority boarding, passengers need to be at the departure gate at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled flight departure.

Having many times flown with Ryanair. I certainly wouldn't pay extra for Priority Boarding. On a number of occasions I have been at the front of the normal boarding queue and have followed the priority boarding passengers on to the plane.
If you need assistance, which you notify on booking, then is slightly different. However, as you know you are going to get a seat and you have already had to pay extra charges, luggage, booking, card fees, etc. I would consider paying any extra money very carefully.
If you are booking it and have already printed off your tickets, if doing online check in, don't forget to reprint with the amendments.MSE Addiction, should come with a health warning:money:0 -
When I flew back from Gran Canaria with Ryanair recently there was no priority boarding queue - it was a free for all. People in the main queue had priority boarding passes but it didn't get them anywhere.
I wouldn't pay for it personally - just sit near the gate and make sure you're on your feet near the front of the queue.0 -
I wouldn't pay for it. I've found that when walking toward the plane most people head for the door at the front of the plane whereas few are heading for the door at the rear of the plane so I go for the rear one and have always had plenty of rows to choose from.Debt: Started at £4780, now at £4190
