Any remedies for a sore throat? It really hurts when I swallow.
Hot water, lemon and honey works on most things of that nature, maybe even just a spoonful of honey as it's antibacterial from what I've read.
Then again, I did once kill off a sore throat with Southern Comfort and ice...
Nose is gradually filling up with something viral so please keep me away from dust:D‘Keep your eye on the donut and not on the hole.’ David Lynch.

Hi Ladies
I used to be a regular poster upto a couple of years ago when I returned to work and then just found it impossible to keep up with the thread. I have missed the support and friendship of those on this thread. Quick update as I now work 20 hours per week so drop littles at school, dash to work and finish around 1pm. By the time I get home it can be 1.20 so I usually grab something to eat with the intention of cracking on with the jobs before I have to leave to collect girls from school at 3. In reality I have been know to switch the telly on and get sucked into it:o. But no more, I will be back on the straight and narrow to the land of a lovely smelling and sparkly world:D.
