Either direct emails to the CEO (like yours) or escalations up through the normal process that need to be resolved at the highest levels.

Hi somethingcorporate,,,,yep I knoooow..... Was tongue in cheek. My last resort is humour, without my proverbial pot, that is all I have left, but would rather my sanity and £50+ they charging me, lol xxxx

Oooh, still have my own working organs, haven't yet sold those but it might come to that. Defo won't need the "pot" with no kidneys, just a bag. Please don't take offense dear forum members/readers, I truly only have my humour (you may not agree,,,,,) and my mantra "it can't get any worse, can only get better" to see me through these tough times. Will let you know if the Executive Complaints department refund me......
