The CEO is not going to take a blind bit of notice of an unsolicited email.0

Benny Higgins is indeed Chief Executive of Tesco Bank.0

Thank you all, time to get composing. Even if he doesnt take any notice it will definately make me feel much much better lol!!!0

I have also been seriously annoyed by a very rude member of the tesco bank who refused to tell me his name or let me speak to his supervisor!
So does anyone know a number or email for the elusive Benny Higgins?0 -
Ronaldo and ILW....you guys are quite wrong. CEos usually have a dedicated escalations team that deal straight with direct CEO complaints. CEOs tend to like direct complaints as it gives something to clout their immediates employees over the head with..it also gives them a free baramoter of what problems there out in the field. I work for a big blue chip and know if we get a complaint that has been sent direct to the CEO we run around like mad to get the answer.
So personally I always approach the CEO as I know .I will get an answer. I emailed Phillip Clarke this weekend over a complaint about tesco bank and had a response Monday morning from the escalations team.
So if you have had a negative experience doing this then ok but I have nothing but positive experiences in this approch...so rather than moaning....encourage fellow consumers who are willing to complain!!0 -

Some businesses do not permit employees to give their name for security reasons (there are some nutters out there who might track them down!).
However, you can instead ask for their headset number which allows the business to tack down who had the headset at that time.
I do not know if that applies to Tesco bank but it might be worth trying.0 -
Bunch of Sharlitans.... have after three years of paying interest on a £3k balance due to DIVORCE to pay my legal fees (it was £40K if interested) and then made redundant, but continued to pay the minimum even though it meant me not eating, have just this month got a loan from my bank to pay off debts, better one ccj than three, huh!!! Although paid what the statement said in full was charged another £50. Funny... my Post Office CC balance is ZERO when I paid in full what I owed (no reisidual interest here)!!!! Email address of CEO, if any one still wants but good luck getting a response, lol, is : BENNY.HIGGINS@TESCOBANK.COM. Just a little aside, called customer service (misnomer surely) and told my complaint has been opened and immediately closed as "correct" information given, "what....!!!" but their website say they will deal with simple complaints within 4 hours, forget that, one nano second later....don't bother, you are WRONG and they are RIGHT, so there,,,,,,,, case closed!!!! Know what.. they can charge their interest on interest, they aint getting a penny more from me, take me to the High Court :money:No pot to even ***** in, so sue me!! Sill won't get a penny.
So you're not a fan then I take it? Never mind, every little helps0 -
Have calmed down since the last post..... Anyways, my email was indeed received by CEO and have received a letter from the ...wait for it... "Executive Complaints Dep't". What!!!! Even their own Executives complain about their own services??? :rotfl:Still not holding my breath. I will pay the residual interest as if I don't, have already racked up that amount in daily interest charge. Maybe my very politely worded complaint will result in a refund ....... wheezes, coughs and clutches at heart....... Either way will update you all. p.s. was never a fan nor a non fan, very neutral in regards to CC coys. They got their pound of flesh and more the last few years as had the card for donkeys and always paid in full, so the never made any money from me, 'til now. Kharma..... but still p***** off :mad:0
