Shower-Cold Water Only!!

Hi

went to use the shower and it only gave cold water!!:eek:
no hot water at all!! left it running for a few minutes but no joy!!
do i need a new one or can this be fixed!!
we only have a shower we dont have a bath!!

    think its a gainborough- cant see any manufacturer details but remember the packaging
    is normal- not power shower
    model 201-00635

    I think that's the part number for the front cover, maybe? This is an electric shower (but not a power shower) isn't it? :confused:
    What fuse / circuit breaker is it on?

    looked on inside and that info is on the shower
    how do i find out what fuse/circuit it is on?
    sorry really am useless when it comes to things like this
    pretty sure is just ordinary one is there a way i can find out?

    well there's no lights on the appliance but the pullcord lights up no prob
