nowt wrong with many advent models per se (my ERT2250 is 3-y-o and still in perfect nick
) but in this instance I'd be inclined to take the £230 and look at what refurbs they've got. My 2250 was a refurb from pcw and never had a jot of trouble in the 3 yrs I've had it...
just had a quick look and this is £250, with 1-yr warranty, for example
