Did they get you with the hidden courier charges too?
I just got my HD box that's widely publicised all over their website as being available for a £49.95 activation fee, then when it and my updated contract actually arrived I had to phone up to ask why there was a charge of £69.95 instead.
Apparently this was for courier delivery of the box. Fair enough, the courier service incurs a cost but MAYBE TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS ABOUT IT FIRST!
