pepsi is horrible though, i am not a brand person at all, i tend to get the cheapest of everything there is, quite often make do with value products, but if there is 3 things that i buy, if i buy coke it has to be coca cola, if i buy cornflakes it has to be kellogs, and if i buy coffee it has to be nescafe, as in my opinion nothing comes close to those 3, but as i say on anything else i am in no way shape or form fussy
The only real brand I worry about is nescafe gold and tetleys.
As for cola, My daughter likes coke and cherry coke my son likes c oke and i like diet. luckily for when pepsi is on offer we all like pepsi max

I'm with you 100% on the coke and coffee but for my crunchy nut I don't really find any difference between kelloggs and own brandAKA: PC

also starts at Netto from Monday0

I think that Coke is responding to the pepsi 2litre bottles which have been available in one supermarket or another at £1 for the last few months.

doubt coca cola company is worried about britvic(pepsi) to be honest, for the past 2 christmasses coca cola has far out performed pepsi when pepsi was on £1, and coke was on 3 fpr £3(so had to buy 3 to get it for £1) in our store, the only weeks pepsi did better was when it was on b1g2f, even now with the bog standard offers of pepsi being £1, and coca cola 3 for price of 2, coca cola comes out winner all the time in our store, and i would imagine that is pretty much the same all over the countryTake every day as it comes!!0 -
The offer is on in Netto's from Monday too, and with no restrictions on quantity either.
I feel that they are having to follow the likes of Kellogg's and offer some better discounts these days, which is a slippery slope....
....I get the feeling B2G2F/BOGOF 2L Coke, will be here to stay, from this Spring onwards :beer:0 -
Small NISA/Costcutter shops have it from Monday, same offer though a little dearer @ £1.99 each (98p a bottle). Still great value.
With my 10% discount works out about 2p dearer than the supermarkets ;P0 -
