Was in Tesco today & they are also doing this deal.Didn`t see any mention of how much each btl was there though (no signs beside the deal). Have to say since I tried their own brand diet cola at 48p I`ve never felt the need to return to Coca Cola or Pepsi as it as good if not better,at that price certainly!

Because 2 litre coca cola are never on B1G1F, plus this works out at 89p a bottle, very much doubt you'd get a 2 litre bottle of coca cola for that price again.

I can better this, both Home Bargains and B&M Stores sell 2ltr Pepsi for 79p all the time. There is also no limit to how many you can buy.

at 89p that is the cheapest I have seen it for at least 1.5 years maybe longer, it's a struggle to find it for a £1 since xmas

In Tesco they are also £1.78 each, Coca Cola, Diet Coke and Coke Zero are on the offer (no mention of diet coke with cherry), buy two get two free, coming out at £3.56. However, on my receipt, they took £3.58 off for the offer. So, unless I'm missing something, I paid 3.56 for four bottles. Every little helps!

There are posters up inside and out for it but on the shelf edge label it was still saying 2 for £3, probably because the offer's just started.

If it helps anyone, I usually stock up on Diet Coke in Netto. They often have four packs of 2L bottles for £4 making it £1 a bottle. This is the best deal I've come across for Coke.

Thanks to the original poster and Cam 65. I read this thread just in time to get a quick trip to Tesco in on the way to drop my partner off and get my Coke fix!

I think that Coke is responding to the pepsi 2litre bottles which have been available in one supermarket or another at £1 for the last few months.

pepsi is horrible though, i am not a brand person at all, i tend to get the cheapest of everything there is, quite often make do with value products, but if there is 3 things that i buy, if i buy coke it has to be coca cola, if i buy cornflakes it has to be kellogs, and if i buy coffee it has to be nescafe, as in my opinion nothing comes close to those 3, but as i say on anything else i am in no way shape or form fussy
