But a combi boiler is designed to provide hot water for a central heating system and also for DHW on demand. You have no CH.
Do you have a hot water tank?
Do you have an electric shower, or a shower fed from your hot water store?
How do you heat the property?
No-one can give sensible suggestions without knowing what system you already have.

O.P. : how is your hot water heated? Name of appliance would be a start.

You are still failing to understand what a Combi boiler is.

Combi is short for combination, in other words it combines the function of providing central heating and domestic hot water in one unit.

It is NOT what you are looking for.

Its possible that you are confusing the term Condensing (a high efficiency boiler) with the above.

The multipoint unit I've identified above would provide a mains pressure solution that does not require a tank.

Gas storage water heater, the tank and heater are in the same unit.

A combi does not store hot water, it produces it on demand, as opposed to a conventional or system boiler which heats it for tanks storage.
But without CH, no point in a combi. You just need a multipoint gas heater, as penrhyn stated.

Day rate electricity is around 4 times more expensive than gas, all be it a little more efficient.

Multipoint heater is your best best.
