Vodaphone PAC problems

Hi,
I've been trying to get my PAC from Vodaphone since the 1st March!
Had numerous emails saying it will be 24 hours, 2 days, 48 hours and then 24 hours again, but still nothing.
Are there time scales they should be adhering to? Can anyone give me info / OFCOM rules that I can use to get them to give me my PAC straight away?
They are driving me mad. I'm paying for both phones at the moment, can I get a refund for the last 19 days or so?
Thanks for any advice you can give to help me sort this,

It must take not more than 2 days: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porting_Authorisation_Code
However, the only way to get anything sorted out at Vodaphone is getting their online representatives here involved.

I really fail to see why they are not issues immediately these days.0

Voda can do it immediately if they want, they did for me last month (after they failed to meet the initial 48hr deadline).
In my experience, your first request for the PAC is ignored. I've always had to fight for them.0 -
Hi carrotcruncher
It's a shame to hear the trouble you've had trying to obtain your PAC.
Usually a PAC code takes around 48 hours to generate. However it's clear that you've been waiting a good while longer than this. I'm keen to take a look into this for you.
So that I can do this for you and provide you with your PAC as soon as possible, could I please ask that you contact the Web Relations Team
When contacting our team, please include the code WRT135 in the subject line. In the main message body, please include a link to this thread and your user name.
Thanks
