Unfortunately, I didn't complain because I didn't want to make a fuss and everyone else appeared to be happy with their legless chicken.

I'm not really looking for massive compensation - although I think it would be reasonable to expect the 2 missing chicken legs and a bit of breast to make up what was missing.

Mmmm that point - I did get that once when we bought a chicken from the famous high street underwear seller - Not just any chicken - a *&* chicken!

If it's a certain restaurant I know, beginning with N, then the wing pieces have a fair bit less meat on them than the leg pieces. Or maybe it's the other way round. :undecided

could it be that what I thought were wings are are actually legs and the small breast is actually because these are smaller chickens :embarasse

Small chickens do have small legs, wings and breasts, as far as I know.

Hang on is this over a chicken or half a chicken that the OP didnt get but instead got 2 pieces of chicken(have i read it right), looks like the place ran out of half chickens maybe and used an alternative, you got your meal did you not ? what difference to the meal would half a chicken make ? none i expect
