Oil delivery and gate bolted

I ordered some oil yesterday and stupidly didn't unbolt the back gate so they posted a note through my door saying to phone the office to rearrange delivery. I would have thought they are used to this and would have leaned over and unbolted but that's another matter! Will I get any penalty for redelivery?

I have no idea about penalty's but our delivery driver has always unbolted our gate, although he does usually knock on the door and ask to make sure our dog isnt out first. If its just a simple bolt why cant they open that? Seems a bit odd to me. But then Ive only ever dealt with one oil company.
