My computer keeps crashing , please help

Open malwarebytes
Goto MORE TOOLS
then RUN TOOL. Use it to destroy these files -

c:\windows\system32\drivers\zghsmdm.sys
c:\windows\system32\lMMLDeleteUserData42107612FX.tmp

and manually delete this folder -
c:\programdata\kCgInAm06300

To do it, you need to COPY those things in red I originally put (with the t mp being changed to .tmp (withought the gap))

manually open NOTEPAD

PASTE to notepad and call it as instructed

Drag and drop the newly saved notepad file onto combofix

But i think your going to struggle, so just remove manually as described above

before I delete it I thought I should ask. i went into Malware -more tools- tools, but those files weren`t there, so went to Cdrive and found the c:\programdata\kCgInAm06300 now waithing to be permanently deleted is this right what I did?
Sorry I said was a bit dim :-)

I`ve deleted that one now, but can`t fine the other two.

yes, remove that file

malwarebytes, quick RUN TOOL then you manually find those files (you did set to show hidden files/folders yes?)

Managed to delete them just by copying and pasting.

Your supposed to DELETE them

if you copy and paste then your creating more of them!

woops.
It said that they were permanently deleted in the malware.
I am going to set the hiden file folder now


I guess I must have done it right, it doesn`t exsist now and I have done the hidden file unticked, soo pleased with myself , thank you.

What do I do now?

Run combofix (hopefully for the last time) so I can make sure its clean
