My computer keeps crashing , please help

I have updated it and it`s been scaning it for the last 30 min still going, will post when it finishes.

Youve definitely had trojans, and im pretty sure its still infected

Yes the comp crashed and was wiped out , my hubby sorted it out somehow about three weeks ago.
how would I get rid of it though?

Just post the full scan and then (as ive already said) ill advise further

You cant just jump to the finish line with things of this nature

Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
(If no log comes up or you lose it, COMBOFIX.TXT can be found in C drive)

yes on both accounts (then switch avast back on when combofix has finished)
