Low mood in student away from home...advice??

Im reassured by all the posts, thank you so much all of you.

It sounds like shes doing some stuff right - she does eat pretty well as she can cook and shes on a budget, so not much cash for takeaway. Also she does drink but not a lot as she has work and/or uni each day. She skis so does more exercise in winter, but I mentioned a taster session for pole dancing so will send her the link for that; she sounded keen on that.

Shes got a break mid April in the sun for 3 weeks with family abroad and I am hopeful that this will give her time to chill out without the hassle of halls. Apparently not long after she returns those that live in halls will start drifting home (most live in Europe) Roll on the summer

Fedupnow- Im fine, honestly This has all been a bit of a shock as I think this is the first time I've felt unsure/out of my depth as a parent. But I have my hubby for support and Im at least reassured my daughter is looking for the right support
