Bit of an update. Orange have asked for our proof of purchase of the Orange handet (which i've forwarded to them) The CS Manager on duty at the time wasn't happy that one of the CS team had advised us that getting an Orange branded handset would work. Little update. After much to-ing & fro-ing, Orange have now agreed to let me cancel my contract for the remaining 8 months. Did you not update the data settings to work with Orange? If not, the phone would still be trying to connect to Vodaphone.(".)0

The vodafone phone was set up correctly to work with Orange. It had been fully reset.
