You can bet it will be a system somewhere doing this, sounds pretty automated to me. If it's a systems fault I can't say but it seems close to one.

I don't have a Barclaycard but my wife recently had a leap from a £2300 limit up to £11,700 which seemed huge and random.

Maybe they need to apply SP4 to all their NT4 servers? :rotfl:
