Replacing back boiler with combi quote?

Just had a new combi fitted, £2300 all in, the chappy gave us priority over standard servicing as we were without hot water. Involved new flue, and a lot more pipe work.

I have just had 2 quotes to have boiler and tanks taken out of bedroom, combi boiler put back in bedroom a radiator fitted in the kitchen and my bathroom radiator valves fixed, first quote £1,839 second quote 4,234.66 both for exactly the same job, I am awaiting on 2 quotes.Boiler pot £30.92/£10000
