Moving house & have to find good broadband/phone/TV package..any suggestions?

I'm moving in to a new flat in 3 weeks where there's been no landline or internet connection.
I'm looking at different offers of TV/broadband/phone packages...Sky seem to offer a cheap deal of £19.50 for a basic package plus line rental through them.
Has anyone got any advice about deals - who to go with / not go with? I can't really afford to spend more than £30 a month on this, would much prefer £20 a month!!
Is it worth getting line rental with someone else and just paying for TV/broadband with another company?
Help and thanks!!:j

Visit the Samknows website. Enter your new postcode into the box and it'll tell you where the telephone exchange is and what broadband services are available to you and also whether you'll be in a low cost area or not.

And then use a comparison site to work out which package you want. Here's an example but there's plenty of other sites to choose from.

Don't forget though that you'll need to factor in the cost of installing a new telephone line at your flat.0 -
If your total budget is only £20-£30 a month, then would you not be better off foregoing subscription TV, and just using Freeview/Freesat/Freesat from Sky instead-all of which will cost you nothing? No free lunch, and no free laptop
