At last something from the EU that we can agree with, a new law that will give everyone the "Right to be Forgotten "

Presumably you will be able to tell all those companies like Talk Talk to positively delete you from their databases and never darken your media again . Wonder if it will have teeth ? Looks as if they have got Google Streetview in their sights

And there's been Google satellite and Bing birds eye view for years and nobody mentioned them.0 -
The existing DPA protects you although perhaps it's not adhered to properly. Current legislation makes it illegal to hold data on someone if you don't have good reason to do so. I doubt 'so we can spam them senseless' actually constitutes as 'good reason'.
