    I disagree with this "increasing the electricity bill" scheme - if you do get rid of him, you'll have to foot a massive bill - he'll just default on it.
    If you don't get rid of him, he'll just resent you (even more) and you'll be living in a warzone.
    In spite of the desire for revenge, going down that route is a lose-lose situation
