this house http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-31977449.html has been on the market now for at least a few months and has already come down from 95 grand. Its got an access road between the road and its garden at the back and is a bit dated inside.
What would you put an offer in for? 60 grand?

Is Property Bee working properly for people? I've still got 'work in a bee' ticked yet almost everything is coming up as brand new today for me. I need it!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Have you checked how much similar have sold for? That should be a starting place to work out your offer.
If they have already dropped by 15k, it seems hard to beleive they would accept 25% off... But if you dont ask...0 -
i can not even get on the site0

To be honest, if you insulted me with an offer like that I wouldnt sell it to you at any price.
But that's just memake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
How much are you actually willing to pay? My guess is they dont want to accept any less than 70k (unless they are completely desperate having listed it at 95k to start with). Think I would start at 62k.0

living room looks teeny! have you been inside the property?
Recently seen a property that was needing so much work done, including re wiring, gch put in, redecor, gardens needed gutting and they wouldn't accept less than oo £75k....it has been empty for over two years minimum...some people are never in a rush to move so neither is their price.
best of luck.0 -
To be fair to this vendor (unlike some vendors who appear in denial) now they have made that reduction, £80k is good value if you take the 2003 sale price and adjust by Land Registry HPI...it should be £85k...
A glance at the deco doesn't show they've detracted from its value since 2003, perhaps they have even added to it.Act in haste, repent at leisure.
