I can't see it either. It is a very useful feature on PAYG and used it a lot on EM. I have emailed Tesco support to ask. Presume you have too so pls post if you get a reply.
It also seems you can't set up voicemail properly on Tesco unless you have first received a call. Presume then it will be chargeable to set up as accessing voicemail isn't free0 -

No they don't. I asked the customer service person to pass on the message that it is a very useful feature.0 -
Virgin payg do have an online service with recent calls etc but it is not as good as Em.With EM you could get months of call and text history- Virgin only let you view a day or so.Their customer service is good though......Neil0
