First Utility - Thoughts / Comments?

Avoid FU at all cost they do not care about the customer, the operations director is the worst and i guess it just feeds down, i was on the phone last month to them and got cut off, i phoned back and had a emergency fire alarm message that went on for about 20 mins, when i got through finally the agent told me that there wasn't a emergency but they were doing the monthly First Utility HERO award and all phone lines get cut off during this period. i asked to speak to a manager and was told no manager would speak to them even though he was listening to the call on the desk next to the agent as i was angry.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Just a poor poor company and YES I AM IN THE PROCESS OF LEAVING THEM
