I'm scared to tempt fate, but it's looking like we might exchange tomorrow and complete on 31st... will be jumping from the rooftops tomorrow if that's the case. Please cross everything!

great news everyone it sounds like its all coming together for quite a few people, if you wait for the so called crash that hasnt happened yet, you could be hanging on for years.
good luck people0 -
That's great=hope it all goes well!
My move has been dragging on since October!! Firstly the vendor taking weeks to return any paperwork asked for. Then finally when she was ready our buyer goes AWOL-probably due to it taking so long. The vendor then has the cheek to moan about us dragging things on! We have another buyer who is paying cash and wants a fast completion butb his solicitor is saying it will be a 'few weeks' til we can exchange! The buyer said he is going to try and hurry him up -so hopefully that will work!0 -
Wow since October? Don't think my head could take that length of a wait.. it's been hard waiting 2 months so I couldn't imagine. Hope things start to move for you soon.

I have everything possible crossed for you as we exchanged and completed on the same day just over a year ago (it wasn't by choice either!) I can honestly say it was the most stressful hideous emotional rollercoaster of a day in my life ever. I wish you all the very best and hope it goes smoothly.0
