Beware the new Talk-Talk Billing system

Was a legacy Tiscali customer, apparently their new system does not support legacy contracts so without notification they transfered me to a standard Talk-Talk contract then upgraded it to match my previous contract. This of course meant extra charges and their Customer Service refuse to rectify the matter and so far have not come up with an explanation of why my contract changed without notification or permission. Asked for MAC number and referring case to disdpute resolution and regulator as Talk-Talk may beleive they can move people on to new contracts without permissionn but am sure this is not the case. Check to make sure your contract has not been scrapped as you'll likely find you're paying more for the same service. MikeL
