orange mobile
I had 3 contracts with orange and I am now mercifully free!!
In the years I have been with them, I had constant problems with hidden charges, unexpected charges, poorly disclosed information etc. All this despite being an extremely careful person and trying to cover all angles.
I have since had contracts with Three and T-mobile with no problems at all.
I swear ORANGE has a company policy of deliberate OBFUSCATION.
I think someone should look into this.

Orange and Tmobile are now the same compnay though..
All the networks get a bad press on here.
People are happy to post complaints but rarely do people post how well customer service works for them0 -
I had no problems with my old Orange PAYG account nor my sons pay monthly account - except for sorting out extra texts at the beginning.
However, I have just renewed my sons contract and switched mine PAYG to pay monthly - What a nightmare it has been. I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out - everyone tells me a different story - everyone says it is now sorted and the problems just carrries on... latest bill still does not show proper discounts.. supposed to be on next bill - but won't believe it till I see it. Supposed to get free emails added to my account - but have given up as have phoned/emailed so many times - must have spent at least 10 hours on the phones trying to sort it all out over the last couple of weeks.
But decided to go with them as initial conversations with Virgin Mobile dreadful (Virgin Media side however have found very good).
So I guess it is just each persons experience and as already said people post less when they have good experiences.0 -
Orange has auto a/c trawlers that add things on as it see's an error when you explicitly agreed with retentions full bill at no cost or no non-direct debit fee, had the problems for years and a manual 150 call sorts it....till next time, at Orange's purchase by France Telecom from Vodafone UK (a short term Vodafone Orange company till regulator said sell it) the computer system was designed to make Orange UK a cash cow to fund ze froggies in debt payments...Orange's purchase nearly bankrupt France Telecom and they implemented this fantastic system to save cash

When France Telecom decide its old kit and not a moment before....the french empire eventually did get even with the brit empire, it throws Orange UK customers the scrappings of the barrel....SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies...
