I hope it is the sellotape and luckily it has come out as it can be serious, but yes I would go to the vet anyway just incase there is any more. My friends dog died from eating a bandage that got wrapped around the spleen and I would imagine if it were a long piece of sticky tape it would have the same effect.

Not that a cat is daft like a dog to eat a large amount. i am sure though that if she is eating and playing again then all is well.

Thanks everyone The vet was fab. He had a good feel around in her tummy, couldn't find anything untoward and said it was probably just a more severe reaction to the jab. She didn't have a temperature and he has given her an anti-biotic and a bit of painkiller but thinks she should be fine in 24 hrs. She came straight in and had a big drink of water and a little bit more food so hopefully she'll be ok. Thank you all for the responses and reassurances.:)
