I also just wanted to add that your online bill is the same as a paper bill, you can just use the arrows at the top of the page to scroll down, this will then show the front and back of the pages.

Thanks guy's, but I googled 'eon director's office' and found the number, all sorted now. The lady I spoke to was very nice and answered the phone after 1 ring!! :T no haggling either, accepted what I offered no problems, and extended the length of repayment from 6 to 12 months.

Things are going to be very tight for the next 12 months, but at least i won't get ppm's put in - been there done that, and don't want to go there again!
