Anyone ever filed a complaint with the Internet Service Providers Association?

http://www.ispa.org.uk/ After a dreadful experience with O2, I filed a complaint, resolved within 7 days after months of getting no where.

I knew Orange would be more difficult when you get responses like "Use your internet during the day if you are having speed issues at night" But anyway they are supposed to reply within 7 days and they didn't, Unsure what to do now Any ideas?

If you are using a non LLU product then you will run slower at night.
This is due to the network being overloaded and BT throttling users.

That would be good for me, I'm around 0.3 - 0.4, My broadband was fine, a continuous 3-4meg day or night, but then they decided to upgrade me to some ADSL Max product, and now I get 8meg in the morning and less than half a meg at night

Got your router plugged into an extension by any chance?
