horrendous customer service shudoo

I am owed a £46 refund from Shudoo!!! Does anyone have any advice about how I will get this from them? I know its not a massive amount of money but I things are tight and I can't afford to lose it!! I paid by debit card, will my debit card company help?? I've just opened a letter in today's post from the receivers asking me how much Shudoo owe me and why etc.

Gakers could you please tell me who the receivers/ administrators are? I am in the sane situation as you to the tune of £60 which I can't afford to lose. Thanks .

Im awaiting my order valued at £65. I received a letter from the Liquidators on saturday morning about claiming back money, though im probably small fry to what they owe people and suppliers....:mad:

I have been waiting since November for a refund for returned shoes using their returns label and they claimed they never recieved.I called, emailed, left mesages on FB... rarely they replied
RM was no help either.

On 11/3 they told me to forward all the documents I got from RM and suggested I used SD!! Another £5 on top of the shoes down the drain. Not suprised they went into administration
